What delivery costs
Delivery within Lagos is charged by location, from ₦4,000. Delivery to any other state in Nigeria is a flat ₦15,000. The fee for your location is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver
Anywhere in Nigeria.
How long it takes
24 to 48 hours after your payment is confirmed. Your order is not dispatched until payment has cleared — for a bank transfer that means after a member of our team has matched it against our bank records, which happens during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm WAT.
Collecting instead of delivery
You can arrange to collect your order from any of our branches rather than have it delivered. Call us to arrange it before you travel, so we can confirm the item is at that branch. Addresses and phone numbers are on our Contact page.
What happens if nobody is there
- We call the phone number on the order before we deliver, so please give a number you will answer.
- If we cannot reach you or nobody can take delivery, we will hold the order and arrange a second attempt with you.
Wrong or damaged on arrival
Report it within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or video, and we will sort it out. Full detail is in our Returns & Refunds policy.
