Fitbit Air is Google's smallest and lightest tracker yet, weighing only 5.2g without the band and approximately 12g with the band. Its screenless design allows you to wear it throughout the day and night without notifications or a bright display competing for your attention.

The tracker continuously monitors important health and activity information, including 24/7 heart rate, steps, distance, calories burned and Active Zone Minutes. It also provides measurements and insights relating to SpO₂, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, breathing rate and skin-temperature variation through the Google Health app.

For heart health, Fitbit Air can track heart rhythm while you are resting or sleeping and look for signs of atrial fibrillation (AFib). Availability of AFib-related features varies by country and regulatory requirements. These features are intended for wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis.

Fitbit Air is also designed for sleep tracking, providing information such as sleep stages and sleep duration. Combined with the Google Health app, this allows users to view their health trends and better understand their activity, recovery and sleep patterns.
