Not compatible with non-MagSafe/non-magnetic phone cases. It causes weak or no magnetism.
Other phones/devices that support wireless charging can be charged wirelessly, but have no magnetic function. It is recommended to use it with a magnetic phone case.

Notes:
- For best results, use a power adapter with at least 18W output (not included). The battery can be fully charged in 3 hours.
- Not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, such as OtterBox defender cases. Magnetic and metal attachments such as cards, keys, and pop grips will interfere with charging.
- The magnetic charge provides up to 15W maximum power. 7.5W for iPhone 12/13/14 series.
- When the portable charger is charging or discharging, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transmission. This is a normal occurrence.
- Supports charging two devices at the same time. Disconnects for 2 seconds when powered on, then resumes charging.
- If you want to stop charging the phone, you can double-click the power button to turn off charging and press the power button once to start charging.
- Included in the package is a 1.6ft USB C to USB C cable. You need a USB C to Lightning cable for wired charging if your phone is iPhone.
- Battery life and number of charge cycles may vary with use and settings. The results of the charging times provided by this product are all tested when the mobile phone screen is off.
- When taking pictures while charging wirelessly, the following iPhone models may block the camera: iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max.
